Caroling Boat Rental Groups up to 12

December 4th - 8th

- Monday - Thursday nights (2-time slots per night)

- Friday - Sunday nights (3-time slots per night)

December 9th - 15th

- Monday - Thursday nights (2-time slots per night)

- Friday - Sunday nights (3-time slots per night)

December 16th – 19th

- Monday - Thursday nights (3-time slots per night)

December 20th - 23rd

- Friday - Monday (3-time slots per night)

• Trips are approximately 1 hour. Arriving late, or waiting for guests will count toward your caroling time.

• Larger groups may book multiple boats during the same time slot as available.

• Bluetooth is NOT available on the barge. We do not allow for passenger's to bring their own music. There will be a selection of popular holiday songs and instrumentals for groups to choose to carol to with corresponding songbooks on each boat!

All barge riders MUST participate in caroling.
A USB loaded with popular holiday music and songbook folders will be on board - Bluetooth is NOT available on the barges.
Boat capacity is 12 people, but please account for large, oversized, or heavy instruments. We can not safely accommodate more than 12 people on each barge -- please DO NOT bring a group that exceeds more than 12 people per barge. Groups exceeding the 12 person capacity will be turned away at check-in, starting with the 13th person in order to prioritize safety for your group.
Check-in and boat departure is on the river level of the International Building at 203 S. St. Mary's, 78205 (river level/under the Biga on the Banks Restaurant for reference)
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled boat departure

BOAT CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing via e-mail: [email protected] and include your confirmation number and phone number, cancellations will not be taken via phone. If you cancel your boat reservation more than two weeks (14 days) before your scheduled date, a $25 + fee service charge will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than 14 days, but more than a calendar week, from your scheduled date, a $50 + fee service charge will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than one calendar week from your scheduled date, there will be NO REFUND.
