Caroling Boat Fees:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights (2-time slots per night): $125*
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (3-time slots per night): $150*
*The rental is a charter for GROUPS we do not offer a per-person rate.

PLEASE NOTE: QTY = boats (not persons) 

Important Information:

• Boats are decorated with lights and holiday bling, includes a driver, a USB loaded with popular holiday music and songbook folders - folders are to remain on the boat for others to use - you can bring your own music on a USB or Bluetooth to the onboard speaker
• Boat capacity is a maximum of 15 people
• Larger groups may book multiple boats during the same time slot as available
• We recommend dressing in festive attire
• Check-in and boat departure is on the river level of the International Building located at 203 S. St. Mary's, San Antonio, Texas, 78205 [Please note, this was a new location for 2020 and we are continuing the location for 2021)
• Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled boat departure. We urge you to allow ample time to park and walk to check-in
• You will receive a confirmation email upon booking your boat night with a copy of the Rules and Guidelines and the Float Rider Waiver forms
• CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing via e-mail: [email protected] and include your confirmation number and phone number, cancelations will not be taken via phone. If you cancel your reservation more than two weeks (14 days) prior to your scheduled date, there will be a $25 service charge deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than 14 days, but more than a calendar week, from your scheduled date, there will be a $50 service charge deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than one calendar week from your scheduled date, there will be NO REFUND.
