Ford Holiday Boat Caroling 2022

Caroling Boat Fees: December 1st - 15th 
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights (2-time slots per night): $125
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (3-time slots per night): $150

Caroling Boat Fees:  December 16th - 23rd
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights (3-time slots per night): $150
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (3-time slots per night): $175

Important Information:

• The rental of a Caroling Boat is a charter for GROUPS of up to 15, not a per-person rate 
• Boats are decorated with lights and holiday bling, price includes a driver, a USB loaded with popular holiday music and songbook folders - folders are to remain on the boat for others to use - you can bring your own music on a USB or Bluetooth to the onboard speaker
• Boat capacity is 15 people or 3,000 lbs - please account for large oversized or heavy instruments 
• Caroling time slots are approximately 1 hour, arriving late for your boat will interfere with your caroling time 
• Larger groups may book multiple boats during the same time slot as available
• We recommend dressing in festive attire
• Check-in and boat departure is on the river level of the International Building at 203 S. St. Mary's, San Antonio, TX 78205 
• Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled boat departure
• We urge you to allow ample time to park, walk, and check-in
• You will receive a confirmation email upon booking your boat night with a copy of the Guidelines and the Float Rider Waiver forms
• BOAT CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing via e-mail: [email protected] and include your confirmation number and phone number, cancellations will not be taken via phone. If you cancel your boat reservation more than two weeks (14 days) before your scheduled date, a $25 + fee service charge will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than 14 days, but more than a calendar week, from your scheduled date, a $50 + fee service charge deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than one calendar week from your scheduled date, there will be NO REFUND.

Caroling Individual Tickets:  Weekends December 1st - 23rd
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (2-time slots per night): $15 per person
If available, tickets may be purchased on-site for $20 per person

Important Information:

• INDIVIDUAL tickets are seats on a Community Caroling Boat
• Individuals who arrive late and miss the Community Caroling Boats will not be refunded
• We recommend dressing in festive attire
• Check-in and boat departure is on the river level of the International Building at 203 S. St. Mary's, San Antonio, TX 78205 
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled boat departure
• We urge you to allow ample time to park, walk, and check-in
• You will receive a confirmation email upon booking your ticket with a copy of the Rules and Guidelines and the Float Rider Waiver form
• INDIVIDUAL TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing via e-mail: [email protected] and include your confirmation number and phone number, cancellations will not be taken via phone. If you cancel your ticket reservation more than two weeks (14 days) prior to your scheduled date, a $5 + fee service charge deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than 14 days, but more than a calendar week, from your scheduled date, a $10 + fees service charge deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than one calendar week from your scheduled date, there will be NO REFUND.
